I figured that since we had some fast imports here, this would be the place to post instead of meets and shit. Mods, if youwant to move, sticky, whatever, that is your call:goodjob:
they are helping us promote tunerfest so I figured we could help scratch their back a little

MCE is pleased to present the 1st Annual MCE King of the Hill Race Day at Atlanta Dragway on October 27th, 2007. This is going to be an EXCLUSIVE CLUB EVENT. Only 100 will be allowed for the private track day. Gates will open at Noon and close at 4. The entry fee for regular grudge racing will be $35 with no elimation. The track will be reserved for this event on that day. This will NOT be a regular TNT day. We will also be having our first annual King of the Hill Heads up Tournament for a price of $40 per TO BE PAID VIA PAYPAL PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. THERE WILL BE A LIMIT OF 16 PARTICIPANTS FOR THE TOURNAMENT and leaves 84 regular racers (payment in advance also required). There will be a signup thread for both classes in the events section. This is a RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG, SINGLE ELIMINATION. Brackets will be set by the MCE staff this summer once all participants are in. The 16 KOH participants will also be able to run in the regular grudge matches..
Sign up sheets for both classes will be posted soon..

-Your name and screen name will be on a list and you will be required to show your ID to verify who you are before you receive a tech card.

alright...got the contract. All contestants must pay in advance for racing and spectators are $10 each and also need to pay in advance. There will be no money collected at the gate. Now, if you have spectators that want to come, when you paypal PLEASE put notes in with the spectators FULL name..We will have a list at the gate and if your name is not on it you will not be able to get in...children under 12 are free. The main issue at this point is collecting the money to lease the track 30 days before the actual track day. We must have it paid in full in order to have this event. The site has to put a $500 deposit on the track in order to hold it for the 27th...if this falls through then MCE will loose the deposit...yall please decide if you want to do this for sure and go ahead and pay so that we can get the ball rolling
