Well the manifold is done the itbs are mounted, the ecu is socketed. Im waiting on the ostrich(eprom emulator) and LC-1 Wideband, and i have a few vacuum things to work out. Im gonna be running CBR 954 throttle bodies on a manifold welded up by Todd from North Ga Speed Shop, p28 ecu with moates ostrich, crome, and LC-1 wideband. Kinda excited so I snapped a pic.

Its in woodstock off of bells ferry. He actually does mostly outlaw drag cars and some methanol stuff. By the way these are goin on a SOHC ZC that will be later recieving a Y8 head. Shootin for 150ish right now maybe 200 in the future.

there is a website forgot the name ( i know that doesn't help) you can buy the horns and the brackets for the filter. Kids in VA BEACH have been running these things for a little while now, you might find one off an exsisting car on www.dragva.com (http://www.dragva.com)

oh yeah... why does it look like you have extra welds on the "arms' to the manifold bracket? all you have to do was cut the stock B16 or B18 arms and hook up the boots.

the total cost is roughly $100-200 for the ITBS, shoot you might be able to get them a junk yard ya know, the horns cost around $25-$30 a piece, the filter cost $89, and the brackets to hold the filter cost $25 ( you need 2 of them),

that picture i got from honda tech, my buddy has a set that looks very similar to those, he got the whole set up used for $300

Nice Bryan!! you will be pretty impressed with the throttle responce!! On another note, i just bought a Blacktop ECU, so i'll soon be running open throttles as well...only mine are bigger and on a better motor :tongue1: lolol

aight my buddy got his ITBs in, they are similar to yours but what you and him will probably have to do is cut the stacks down a little more for clearance of the horns and filter, just a thought, me and my friend were discussing it about his, cause if you look at the ones you can buy for like 1500 they are real short compared to the made ones with bike Itbs

lolol...i got mine straight, pulls like a champ...just gotta get an O2 sensor bung welded BACK in....the dumb shit exhaust guy cut my B-pipe too far and deleted the bung alltogether...*dumbshit*...believe it or not i still passed emissions lololol. No skreets son....we're takin it to the track! haha Yeah fuck them, TURBO HATER ARMY UNIT!!!!...though dan doesnt actually drive any of the 4 turbo starions he owns :lmfao:

Oh yeah howz that 2nd gear thing doin?

Straight...scared me for a sec thinkin my syncho's were going the way of the dinosaurs but it just ended up being linkage. which i just so happen that day to have pulled off a CLEAN 89 MR2 from the junk yard..what luck!...basically the cable was binding forward and bending upward when you tryed to shift into 2nd/reverse. Its fixed and man is it crisp! also for the first time i braved running it to 9k!! when they say the fuel cut is at 9100, THEY MEAN IT! LOLOLOL...hit me a truck it was so hard. now onto getting my suspension/rubbing issues sorted...ugh

side note..cant wait to see this set up you have all working in action....so fuckin hot!!

A little update.

Sorry bout the camera fone pix:camera:

I decided not to just slap the ITBs on but maybe put a little project motor together to use them on or just build a head for my SOHC ZC. I have a pm9 head that will be ported a bit, prolly get a Bisi cam and gear, and a thin HG. I also just pulled the PM7 (higher comp) slugs out of the zc in the garage(rod knock). here are some before and after pix from pullin and cleanin em.

if you gonna buy new rings for them just soak the pistons in diesel fuel for 24 hours, they will be easier to clean
