need opinion on selling my car

i gotta 99 honda accord v6 4dr.. under 100K on engine.. just change the waterpump and timing belt .. runs really nice.. interior would last for a couple more year.. nothing bad on the inside.. but dued to leaving the car outside in the sun and rain.. the paint is horrible.. like fading.. has a a few dents and dings here.. im thinking bout selling it or trading it.. but i would want to hear opinions.. im thinking about repainting it.. well lets hear opinions! :D

dent wizard then maaco if you want to sell it. clean exterior aesthetics add alot to selling value
