If your a bettin man, I put money on it that you cant install them in my foglights in 5 min. Hell, I bet you couldnt do it in 20 min...

I'm assuming your foglights are a bitch to get to. Generally, headlight bulbs are pretty easy to reach. I could do it on any of my cars in 5 minutes.

I'll tell you what, I'll do it in 5 minutes, without removing/installing the bulb, sound good?

well, my foglights are actually in the same housing as my headlights (G35). Dont you have to get to the bulb to hook up the ballast though?
