I'm looking to move into somewhere for a move in date between July 15 and Aug 1
I am considering 3 places and ready to put down a deposit asap

The places I am looking at one of them is Off North Decatur Road. Rent would be 1175/2 month divided down the middle . hardwoods throughout nice ass kitchen, fenced back yard . your own bathroom.

2nd is a 3 bedroom 1 bath right by Dekalb Medical Center. on marta line. larged fenced lot. $1200/2 or /3 if 2 roomies found so as low as $400/month. 1 bathroom

3rd is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with large back yard and deck. $975/2 its a bit smaller and older but really cool property
