EFsquad T-Shirts?

Sup everybody, I was talking with 90_ZC_Hatch and the idea has been tossed around about making some EFsquad shirts, so I'm setting up this poll to see if anyone is interested

If there is enough interest, I will come up with a few designs, have another poll to pick the best one, and I will have them at the EFmeet.

I'm also using this to see the sizes I will need to order if this happens....

I suck with photoshop or anything, so you'll have to take my ideas through text...

On the front put "EF Squad" medium sized over left breast. Put "ImportAtlanta.com" in smaller text just below it. Make sure to get permission.

--OR--

On the front, put the "H" emblem kinda-large sized over the left breast

With either...on the back...put "EF" top and center and large. Just below it, put "Old Skool" a little smaller and centered. Below all of this, use a decently large shot of a CRx on one side (1/4 shot...like from the front at an angle) and do the mirrored image of a hatch on the other side.

Keep it black and white...just...real simple. They're basic cars...nothing exciting needs to be done.

Why did I not include the 4door sedan? I don't think any of the EF regulars have a sedan...and in most people's minds it's not really an EF...

Awesome idea, I'll be sure to buy 2 atleast. And I know my friend will buy one too.

And for the design, I'm just throwing out some ideas.


#1. Back. combined with a slightly smaller IA.com logo under it. (of course permission first)

#4. Use this for the front, over left breast, just replace "Hatch" for "Squad", and change color.
And on the back have the IA.com logo. Near the top just under the collar.

I'd think we'd need more regular members before we could branch...

How about for now we just keep it "IA". The old-skool guys (the ones that started this shit) will have the old-skool shirts. As we grow and branch, the newbs can get the newer shirts...just can't have a "starter" shirt.

What's the final design? My opinion? Hopefully, you guys stay away from the "gangster" look with Old English. I liked the one that OLD SCHOOL on it with EF Squad, personally. Later, QD.

EXACTLY why this hasn't been set in stone, because there are too many "flakey" people who say they will buy one, but will come up w/ an excuse of why they can't buy one, and then Guy has to suffer, and he's in no position to take a loss on t-shirts at the moment...

i think how it goes is we have to oder like a bulk, of maybe 10-15, so if there was a way we could get all of the money form every individual person BEFORE hand, then this idea would become a reality, more or less.

and if yall dont wanna do than because yall cant trust me or guy, then you're kicked out of the family :yes:

are this gonna be orderd anytime soon.....most places do a dozen batch...just set up paypal...take deposits..and mail out shirts after there made..give a deadline, so you get rid of flakes..and maybe start an official order thread

Reason it was not done then:
Lack of funds on both of our parts. At the time, it was not financially feasible for us to take the chance of paying for 20 shirts and then being stuck with them.

Reason it is not done now:
Simply put, there is a lack of attendance in the ef squad meets, and we feel that will be the same case with the t-shirts. As in, there would be alot of people down for the t-shirt idea, but they cannot get the funds together when the time is ready to order the shirts, making the entire process a waste of everyones time...

If we see a greater intrest in the t-shirt idea, then we will look more into it...I will be posting the old t-shirt designs tomorrow night sometime...

Alan has a point. You're closer than I am. It's something like 105 miles from my apartment in Clemson to my parents house in Lawrenceville. From my parents house in L'ville the North campus (well it was there when I was a UGA student and could still be there but idk) parking garage at UGA was 42 miles.
