They sound better than my 13W7 did. Won't move as much air if all you are going for is a lot of bass. Actually the reasons I decided to try this is they have a great reputation for how they sound, they are stupid light and take .25 cuft of airspace. I can use half inch MDF instead of 1" that I had on the JL beast. My car is noticably faster and handles better without that 107 pounds I got rid of!
