I'm not sure, but to me it seems like a "ban" should be a ban and not a "warning". An IP ban is the most severe and usually reserved for people that continue to come back under different aliases after they have been banned.

So to be honest, I don't think any person that is banned should be allowed to simply make up another name or use one of their multiple accounts to come right back. If that's so, then what good does a ban do? To me, a ban means you've been doing something wrong and continued to do so until you pissed off a mod and got yourself banned. So then, why should you be allowed to waltz right back into the exact same forum that just "banned" you? You are the SAME person, right? SAME person that did something wrong TO get banned in the first place, right? So how does the changing of someone's sign on name change ANY of that?
