One of the "ears" that is used to hold onto the motor is cut away. it's still there, but it's modded for more advancement/retard timing

i want the vx wheels but could care less about the tires. they look pretty shot anyways. what kinda price would you take for just the wheels? i work for goodyear so i can dismount the tires if needed.
