OEM H22 Vtec Valve Cover - $50

Garrett GT4088 Turbo - needs seals - leaking oil - $175

Garrett t4 GT4082 Turbo - used but great condition - good for 600whp - $550

these walbro 255's are universal... they will fit anything, just slice and connect wires..

but, i bought it for my 98 240sx

no trades, it should fit your neon because it's 'universal'..

but you will have to splice wires
