no, not with wire showing. whatever car had them on last had some camber issues

only if you ant to die in a whorendous car accident. I just pulled my wheels off cuz of a tire like that I had threads of rubber slingining around and slapping the wheel well and it sounded like the tire had exploded.

Not unless you are going to change them in a few days. Make short trips on them.
