I don't give a shit how long it takes certain foods grow what bacteria after being left in 75 degree room temp. I used a fucking walk in cooler and then cooked tha damn food, not stare at it for 3 hours waiting for it to move. I used to flirt with the teacher alot becasue she was hot as fuck so I think that may be why i passed becasue I failed a shitload of tests. I always got 100s on the labs though. The only recipes I fallowed were baking ones. Everything else I did myself and the rest of my lab partners did dishes. I almost went to C.I.A. to be a chef but I did't for some reason.
