last summer me and a bunch of friends of mine used to get one, run at each other full speed about 20 ft. away and jump into each other at the last second(not with a shoulder, just chest to chest). one person with the ball one person without. one or the other would fly. he has countless...probably hours of people doing this. itll tear you up though.
