he was rescued from a puppy mill and he had an eye infection from lack of being taken care of that made him blind in that one eye...he was later attacked by a large dog which damaged that eye again so the vet removed it bc he couldnt see out of it anyway...

hes a poodle so if I dont cut his hair it gets really long a curly

a puppy mill is basically a breeder that will do anything to breed the animal b/c the more they produce the more money they can get ...put 5/6 dogs in one small cage together and not take care of them and let them die
