Ok so...
All excited more parts to install and as with a happy moment....something has to go wrong.
The shifter is not correct. The unit is the right STi 6MT unit. The problem is the top adjustable section is drilled incorrectly. Even have to almost break the plastic peice that holds the ball joint down to pull the unit back out! This is jsut a big surprise. U will see in the pictures the problem! I bought it from rallydirect and Im hoping they will either take it back/ give me credit or refund my money for this item. If they wont. The only thing I can do is get it on a drill press and widened (sp) it to fit the linkage. Which could totally weaken the shaft. Decisions!
