Is there some sort of PSS or PCS (Payphone Sanitation/Cleaning Service)

I dropped my car off at a shop one night after they had closed, because I was damned detirmened to get it taken care of the next morning right away.

So I get all my shit and never thought of planning ahead. Bam, cell phone is dead.

I walked about 2 blocks to a pay phone and called for a ride, lol.
