Yea, since I live downtown, I hear this crap all of the time from people I know. "I'm not comming over. It's dark!!!!" Funny thing is, I've been living downtown for 10 years now, spent 5 of those years in Cabbagetown (THE GHETTO!!!) and only had my car broken into when I moved to the Highlands (1x). Go figure. That's supposed to be the good part of downtown.
