Here is a straight recording of MTV from 1983. This is about 1 1/2 hours of MTV as you would have seen it back then. Awesome shit. Later, QD.

Yes Headbangers Ball is on MTV2. MTV2 was supposed to be nothing but videos, however MTV shows reruns of other MTV shows on MTV2 all the time now.
