No not run off. Its a sled pulling/racing truck. Its fucking fast. A 450 hp evo barely beat him last night by maybe 3-4 foot. Its got one hell of a tranny in it, he can launch at 20 psi and it rockets like you wouldnt believe for a big truck.

in the diesel world... the black smoke usually means its got some good power :D the more smoke the more power.... in most cases

what kind of boost is he running usually??? i have peaked at 45psi a few times... wanna get over 60psi though :D

Last time I checked, when I drive my DIESEL rollbacks, they don't really smoke at all.

We've got a 7.3L Turbo V8 International, and a Cummins I6 Turbo motor that don't smoke at all. They've got plently of power.

stock they really wont smoke unless pulling a heavy load...... do you have a programmer or chip?? mine smokes up nicely when i get on it in extreme :)

Well I havent bumped this in awhile. But to answer all, no he is no where near stock. However this is the 12v motor meaning no computers. He is pushing probably 500 hp with a built racing tranny. His launch is insane. He out launches 350hp evos and what not. Too bad he moved to lousinana.
And smoke doesnt mean power, it means fuel. However the guys running alot of power, like to smoke it up.
