he is the manager of the warehouse where all these get shipped out of. an invoice will be given to the purchaser and the factory warranty will start from the date of purchase

because when you send it in for warranty work, they run the serial # and next thing you know the cops are knocking on your door.

yup. people want to make sure something isnt stolen.. thats why they ask for a receipt.. ALSO... who intheir right mind woudl throw away the receipt to such an expensive item??? Producing a receipt shouldnt ever be a problem. Bump for 1080p
