its a scam. the car is not local in midtown as the zip code suggests and theres no shot of the tag for a reason. the area code isnt valid.

He changed the pictures, Now there are 2 new shotws, one is the rear ( In my email I asked why he had no rear shots..lol ) and now he has a full detail list on the car, he didnt have that before. But I know damn well he isnt selling it for 8k ( Last night it was 6k )

its a scam...........i sent an email on an s2k very similar and it said it was in Cumming. They emailed me back telling me they were in Italy blah blah blah and i needed to wire the money to there account and they would ship it free and all this crap.

Sounds like a plan, Just one question... Yesterday the ad said it was $6800 and it was located in Georgia, and today it says $8k and in New York, just wondering what the location change? Id be more then willing to pay 8k or more if needed, Just let me know what I have to do to get the car and what I would have to do to get the car to my home. Thankyou.

Thanks for the reply. You must understand my wondering on this one thing..... Why is the car so cheap? This is a 60k plus car, then add the body work you have done and its even more then that. Why are you selling the car so cheap and can I see it in person as well? What state is it actually located in?

Tell him you're currently working for the Nigerian embassy in America and as the personal envoy of President Obasanjo, he has authorized you to wire transfer 1.5 million through to the man's account b/c you need to send money through to Italy and you will pay triple the price of the car for his services. All you need is his bank account info and you'll deposit the money.

Make sure you use poor grammar and tell him you'll pay him generously for his services. Do people who try these scams just not realize how ridiculous their cover stories sound? It's like they're not even trying and the scammers can't even come up with an original story.
