It's a big theater parking lot which can easily take 50+ cars with ease and still have room for another 50-75 cars (then still have room for customer parking). Area is well covered by buildings. Im getting ready to start on my STi but I dont know where to start, the turbo game is all new to me so I have alot of reading to do.
Yank the 2.5 out and swap in a JDM EJ207 for starters. Probably break even on costs if you sell the 2.5 and have a much better motor in the long run.

Just joking with that comment, the US 2.5 is a damn good motor its just mismatched to an incorrectly geared transmission. Get a K&N filter, turboback exhaust, and then call of Scott Siegel at Batlground and get him to tune your car using ECUEdit. Its free software so you just pay $150/hour. You should be up and over 300whp after these mods. Front mount intercoolers, cold air intakes, and blow off valves should be saved for when you switch to a larger turbo. Headers do nothing but lose power and spool for these cars. Personally I'd avoid meth injection, but many people have used it safely but it can trash a motor as easily as spraying too much nitrous or overboosting.

Suspension wise, the stock RE070 tires are great. STi struts can handle a fairly stiff spring if you're wanting to keep DD comfort with stiffer springs. I've got Espelir GT springs but the Prodrive and Racecomp Engineering springs are also very good. Strut bars do nothing on these cars. Subarus really like stiffer front swaybars than rears, 29/27mm front and 26/24 mm rear seems to be a pretty good stiff street setup.

What are your goals for the car? The STI is a much better starting platform than the WRX.
