I was sitting in a z06 saturday!! Hard on FTW! lol. Then, i opened the hood...all plastic covers....and it was an instant turn off :( :( I wanna see fuckin motor under a hood, not plastic.

I'm jealous. I did get to sit in one once. I drove a C5 at the dealership and almost made the slaesman shit himself. LOL. It was so funny. He was like "You can give it a little gas" I was like "OOOO little ole me?"

But I agree about the covers, must be a PITA to work on too.

Oh I wouldn't doubt that for a minute. I mean there was lots of engine space under the hood all things considered. It seems that everything is going to plastic to try and save weight and all that shit. How much lighter can you really go though?? Its already an aluminum block and heads.
