They are Legal in GA now. Any Walmart should have them for sale. Thats where I got mines.

sparkling fireworks are all that's legal....nothing that explodes or shoots up in the air is....you still have to go outta state for the good stuff

they are legalizing those first to see if we can handle a 4th of july without starting a huge forest fire...if we have a safe 4th of july then next year i am sure they will legalize the better stuff
