i was recently fired from my last job as kitchen manager of johnny b's he was paying me salary weekly

well it seems to me since i was fired on friday and the pay scale go's untill saturday that he owes me my salary

i mean yes i didn;t work the entire week but with salary sometimes you come out ahead sometimes you dont


can the nlrb help me?

is there anything else i might do


btw my slary was 450$ and i walked out with a chck for 140$

They don't have to. From what I understand, they can break your salary down to what it is daily and pay you that way. Later, QD.

it should break down just like QD said and they should pay you up until that friday so you'd only be missing 1 days work.... I got lucky and got my full check the last time but I was "let Go" for bs
