i highly doubt they would fit. a buddy has +38 on a a 6.5 inch rim and the fit pretty good.

they will stick out, and you will have issues unless you do some rolling and pulling of the fenders. Stock, they will stick out almost 3 inches.... You will have issues with the fenders, not so much the suspension.
