21 and up ONLY I do not need a background check as this is a private sale and that is not required in GA, but if you're up to no good don't get it heh.

$150 , or considering trades on anything.(full or partial, money on either end)

hehe, I have one of these. bought it brand new in 2002, never been fired once. I have another piece which I carry and take to the range. this was just is just back up which I keep in inconspicuous locations in the house in case of emergency.

good luck with the sell........

btw, as far as firing....how did you like it and ever take it to the range?

Dont depend on this gun to save your life. After about 500 rounds the ramp that feeds the round into the barrel gets pitted and begins to jam regularly. Its just about accurate enough to hit the side of a marta bus. For the price I guess it cant be beat though

NEVER JAMMED for some reason, no joke. I have a friend with one as well which isn't too bad... the Hi point 380's now are a different story, maybe the 9's are better off

either way i think its sold now... (given all the people that posted) i'll contact yall according to who's in line

The serial number is P1276312 i forgot to put that earlier

but yeah the gun is pretty solid, but yeah HP does have a bad rep when it comes to stuff like that...
