Get a good solder'er, Get some extra wire, buy a 12pk, pull up a chair, and start connecting colors. Im not trying to be funny, that's what you do. Then use zip ties to tuck them away so it does not happen again.

And to fix that problem...go buy a new harness. Now way you want to splice that fucked up crap. All I know is if your wire harness is all f'd it might just be a better idea to buy a new and get new fender wall. You really fucked up on that though.
