Ill try that next time I play. I think my times will improve with TCS on, cause launching the car is damn near impossible with it off, even with light throttle. At least for the a and r2 classes, unless they're AWD cars.

When you decide to turn ABS off, keep in mind you won't be able to just mash the brakes. If you just mash, car will keep going straight lol. Pull the trigger about half way-3/4, it depends on the car also. It's awesome because it really gives a more realistic feel.

Are you using the assist that shows you the best line and where to brake? Don't use it. It lies. There are several places where it tells you to brake way too early or too much.

The C6R is a handful. Definately the fastest out of the demo cars, but it's easy to over drive it.

I think my favorite is the damn McLaren and the Saleen. Both grip very well.

I also tried drifting on the C class cars and I suck at that shit. I'll probably try it again with the real game where you can setup your cars.

What was your best full race times. I got a 2:46 w/ best lap time being 53.? sec. Idea way is to get in front of the pack as soon as possible and stay there. I used the Nissan for those times. That car is fast, grips well, and sounds the best imo. It has the high rev sound.

When you hit other cars it gives you a penalty and time so if you stay on the road and dont hit cars you get no penalties.

The A/T seems to short shift on most cars. I noticed I can ring out the gears longer with M/T, so it made for quicker times.

What I was trying to say though is that in Forza1 I had to do what you are saying above. In Forza2, I can go straight into half brake or more and not lock up.
