Help with the Nintedo Wii....

any wii users out there try the wii message board option?? u can register other peoples wiis and send messages to each other....well when i register people it does not let me send them messages...any idea why? does it take some time to process or something? is something wrong with my little wii?! :( help if u can

They have to have added your wii number also. Other then that im not sure why it isn't working.
