lights question (curious)

on the headlights of a car does the highbeam produce more wattage then the driving light or is it just because of the diamond chrome background it usually has ,?? :)

The highbeam headlight usually uses the same amount of wattage/volts as your standard driving light. It's all in the placement and focus of the beam pattern which it produces.
