I have shitty coilovers on my 95 Prelude. I am getting new suspension. What should i get? This is my daily driver and want to take it to the track every once in a while. Thanks.

yep coilovers suck! Go with Neuspeed. They are pretty cushy!

I think coilovers was discussed in another thread. Some people are misinformed and don't learn. But if you buy shitty coilovers, then they will suck. If you get a good set, and set it up right, then no, they won't be bad on you. Later, QD.

Yeah, i bought my teggy with coilovers. The ride is a bouncy ass mother fucker. I need to get a new set in a month as soon as i pay off my car. What is a good daily driver/weekend auto x set up?

if you insist on getting coil overs so you can constantly mess up your alignment thats cool. but if you want some suspension that doesnt suck get a simple set of springs and struts, good springs eibach neuspeed etc and some good struts either adjustable or non. AYB AGX or Tokico illumina Koni yellows.. the car will ride 100%. youll save about 200+ bucks off of the price of a GOOD coil over that will hanle and ride the same.

What is the reasoning behind getting adjustables? I know, so you can adjust it but what will this do? Faster/Slower rebound?

Yeah, the BEST set-up is a good shock/spring combo. Especially for auto-x. My Neon actually had heated factory springs in my 2 years of racing. I wouldn't recommend it if you have the money for a goooood set. I didn't. A cheap set will be worth shit and your ride will suck. Later, QD.

The main reason you see people buying adjustables is for show. You can go to a show, and lower your car all the way down, then lift it for daily driving.
