I was just sitting here thinking of my car, of all the cars I've had and how much they beat walking with a 100+ pound rucksack on my back. It is already 120 degrees here and I am sweating my balls off. It is gonna be a rough 15 months, I can tell already. Enough about me how are all of you doing in the states? If any of you could hit me up VIA PM and let me know the newest rap, bachata, reggaeton cd's out. I will need some motivation while here. Thanks in advance...........

Don't worry, I was in Baghdad while it was 140 degrees with full combat load. How the heck did you end up with 15 months? I was there for 12 months.

I feel ya homie. The year I spent in Iraq was not fun. Definitely marked Baghdad off my list of vacation spots. Good luck to ya man.

So you never sold that black lude?

ultm8mind
06-10-2007, 04:14 PM
Nah, it didn't sell. I thought it would. My brother had to replace the battery cause my sis showed it to someone and didn't take it out. I was like damn. I figured it would sell, I will probably have my bro take it to Florida. Baghdad would be a vacation compared to here man. We were supposed to go there but the 173RD said that was too nice of a place for us and switched it up and sent us here, LOL. But yeah man, I am here, the car is collecting dust, LOL. It'll sell someday, LOL, if not it's paid for and I'll keep it. Oh well, be here for a while. Maybe it'll sell...........hold it down in Augusta.

Yeah, I have been to many deserts, LOL. They wouldn't let me do the whole recruiter assistance, because they didn't want me back in Florida. Something about speeding tickets, LOL. I have a few Achievement Medals, a few ARCOM's, a little of everything. But I wouldn't change any of it, Army's been alright to me. Got to see and do alot of things I would have never had the opportunity, some of which they could have kept, LOL. But in all, I can't complain........No thanks necessary, I do it cause I like it. Never got bonuses, always "Needs of the Army"
