This guy hates Hondas. I'd like to see him w/ some Honda badges on the shirt. Other than that have at it... I wanna roast him on a local forum... :) Let the games begin.

I use Microsoft Digital Image Suite. It allows you to trace around pixels, cut out pieces of the picture and layer them. It's a blast! But you have to spend a lot of time playing with it to learn, trial and error. You win some, you lose some.

It's actually called Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10. I bought it at Mediaplay for like $70 w/ a rebate. It's a very simple program to learn if you have the time. I'm not sure where you can DL it, but I'm sure the all knowing GOOGLE could help ya there. I do fun photoshops for my neices and nephews with/as their favorite characters and they love it. It's a lot of fun and I'd highly recommend it to the creative type.

Haven't had too much experience with photoshop since I just got it but here is a quick attempt.

Any feedback appreciated

Helpful tips from a hobbyist...

1) try to blend the exposure and/or color/saturation to match the skin color of the other pic

2) looks like in that pic you could also have used the hair of the girl to make it look more realistic. To do that you'd have to cut the girl's hairline out and place it as the top layer, then place your subjects face underneath it and situate nicely. You may also need to blend out the background where her ears and cheeks were so you can size down your subject perfectly and not see the girl's features at all. I think his head could have been sized down a bit to look more natural.

3) I find that I often have to use the neck of my person to make it look natural on the body of the other, which works out better if there is a high collared shirt as opposed to cleavage.

Quite the contrary...I think you have this thing down. You already discovered the hairline trick to make the face look natural! Have fun with it, you're doing great! :goodjob:

I originally used the girl's hair by selecting everything but the guy's face (use the lasso and select inverse) and then used the history brush (I think that's what it's called) to bring the hair through but as I'm a bit unexperienced it didn't look quite right so I went back to just using the head.

I've gotta be at work soon but I'll work on it some more tonight
