Up for sale:
Year: 1993 (1994 body style DC2)
VIN: DC2-100034
Color: Red, black cloth interior
Engine: B18C
Mileage: 118,000km (roughly around 80,000mi)
Transmission: Automatic
Street Legal: No
Modifications: Rear C Pillar Bar and Tanabe catback (uninstalled)
Condition:
- Rear spoiler needs to be replaced.
- Left Tail light needs to be replaced.
- Japanese Drivers side door needs bodywork completed (its a american door and I'm
too lazy to finish shaving the door molding and paint it)
- Usual Honda Milano Red paint fading.
- Minor scuffs in paint.
- Otherwise the car is in perfect mechanical condition. Car has never been wrecked from
from the looks of it, other than the damage that was incurred during shipping.
This car will come with all the parts that I have for the car, including the JDM front end i bought for it (Black housing headlights non-hid, carbon fiber hood, fiberglass fenders, cwest fiberglass front bumper, stock jdm front bumper)
It isn't and will NOT be street legal. Do not call me or IM me wanting to know if its possible to convert the car to US Legality. Strictly for show/off-road use. It was going to be my weekend creeper car but I'm refocusing on school and just want something thats not going to soak up a bunch of money, I need a decent car to ride around to school and work with.
Price: Make offers, willing to trade (prefer 97+ Prelude but open to other nice cars).

So why does it have a USDM front end?
Because its not a JDM type R. Its a GSR.

So only ITR's have the big headlights, and in J-Pan, the GS-R's come in automagic?

93-95 there was no type r in japan. all were circle headlights.
in 96 the type r debuted with the new front end, from then on out all integras had that front end in japan. type R just had black housings with HIDs.. Sir-G and all lower models had chrome housing headlights. but same look.
yes Sir-G's came in automatic in japan.. very rare but they were made.. thats what makes this car so rare.. not only is a rhd sir-g rare in america as it is.. but a automatic is even more rare.

.
Actually not true. The circle headlights were a mainstay on all integras until the new body change (RSX). The front end you are referring too is very common on the 4dr models and on some Type R models but never became the standard on all integras. The cirlce headlights were never replaced and the all steel "JDM ITR" front ends are harder to come by and this is the main reason you are seeing so many fiberglass kits.
I thought this was the same car

not quite too sure about that, there was a 4wd DC1 (which woulda been off the chain even though it was powered by a weak ass power plant) I was looking at that was a japanese MY 97 with the long headlight style on it.. this was before I found this car but the DC1's were the lowest models you could have yet still ahd that front end. I did my homework on these jdm cars before i purchased this one. also when I was in europe last year every last integra i saw had that front end on it.. and they werent always 4drs.. never saw a R there but nonetheless with VAT over there.. the tax on year/mileage is pretty similar to japan.. so I'm fairly certain they were recent model year vehicles.

There again what you saw is not the norm, visit this link 91-02 Honda Integras listed (http://www.carsales.com.au/pls/carsales/!cs_content.private_results?make_id=19&model_id=66) Now since you are talking about being in Europe these cars are listed in New South Wales and several other countries. They all pretty much have the circle headlights (93-00) on the cars.
The main reason I say this is I talked to one of the guys that used to go over to japan to buy the cars to cut for front clips. This is what he told me but none of this really matters since you are selling the car with the front end. Good luck with the sale:goodjob:

bump for a hot ticket, and a pretty sweet car.
The auto"magic" (as someone so eloquently put it), is going to be what kills the sale. It may be a rare car, but people want to drive a 5 speed.

transmission change outs are a joke on hondas.. its not no where near as hard as everyone says it is.. because this car is a rhd you cant use a american clutch line.. you have to get a pipe bender and make a custom clutch line. i have the manual pedal assembly and mt conversion mount.. all thats needed is a tranny and shift linkage really.
either which way.. interest has been generated because there are 4 serious buyers right now and one trade.. fairly busy right now though so its really me thats slowing the sale.. wed is when i'll be able to do something..

Yeah... but.... it's already got one since it's an actual RHD... it's not a chop up.
I'll vouch for Sean, good guy, good seller.
