I.A. Terms of Use and Official Code Section- 36-42.196 : The term "n00b"

Under code section 32-42.196, the term commenly referred to as 'n00b' or 'newbie' or any combination of letters and numbers that can be translated to similar meaning. The aformentioned term applies to users with either a) a recent join or signup date showing their unfamiliarity with the forum (ImportAtlanta.com) or lack of knowlege in knowing that b) you are considered 'cool' and 'fit in' with the general population of the forum (ImportAtlanta.com) or c)have a high enough post count and are 'getting along' with the general population. Example - Join Date being within the last nine (9) months and having less then 1,000 posts and simply commenting on topics without much useful input, will fall under the 'noob' catagory.
