So, long story short, I think a lighs behind the dash on my 93 Legacy is starting to crap out. I can only see like half the dash at night. How do I fix this? I mean, is there an easy way to replace the lights? Or am I just totally wrong?

I dont know about "easy" but doable. I dont know anything about legacys, but you should be able to dissasembe the guage cluster or center console to get to the lights and just switch them out.

Alright, cool. Thanks!

PS: Nice Civic you've got FS...I want it but I don't have the cash.

Anyone know how to open up the gauge cluster?

It's easy man. Is your gauge cluster even out of the car yet? and you don't have to "open" the gauge cluster. on my car the bulbs are on the back and top so you can just replace the bulbs.

try taking the power mirror switch out and some of the other. on my car there's screw behind the defogger and cruise control buttons that hold that trim piece in. once that black piece is out then there's a few screws holding the cluster in.

yeah, I just can't get the black part to come out - how do I get the switches out?

like stick a small flathead in the bottom and just slowly pry it out
