I bought it to put on my car because the seller said I could still use A/C but when I tried to put it on the A/C condensor was in the way and I would rather have A/C honestly, he had it on a civic and said it had great boost, it is oil and water cooled. , any questions just ask, $400.00 for everything

What else is needed would you say to make it complete, other than some tubing and a wastegate? That IS a hell of a deal though.

you would have to tap into your oil pan to get oil flowing to the turbo, then run a return line, and also run coolant line and a coolant return line, its pretty simple to do, you would also need a boost gage, and a boost controller, these items are fairly cheap, I seen a Boost gage and a air fuel ratio gage and pod for sale on here earlier for $75 bucks, you may find them cheaper then that.

Ohh yeah I forgot to say that they both actually have an external wastegate

You mean external wastegate actuators? From the looks of the manifold they appear to be internally gated or at least I would hope so.
