Does anyone kno hook ups on emisions

Its about time for my tag to expire and i have to have my emissions redone...my car will not pass, i have already tried once about a month ago...can anyone help me out?

SPEND THE MONEY TO MAKE IT PASS. Dude find a friend in a county that dosent require emissions. I live in lawrenceville and have a friend in Barrow. Just put his address on my title and had 1 bill sent to his address, went to barrow county with new title and proof of residence and bam, tags are legit and still dont have to pass.
