alright, got a new job about a month ago.

about last week i started working with this mid- thirties, nascar loving, semi-redneck. he doesnt talk very redneck or act it much but i can tell.

HE PUTS HIMSELF DOWN ALL DAY, FOR LITTLE STUFF THAT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.

we have overhead cranes (inside a building) that help us move large things (we put counterweights onto forklifts) and if he ever even taps it the wrong way oi hear,

"GODDAM BRIAN U FUCKING IDIOT (to himself, almost mumbling)
"u big stupid galut"
" u look at it and still do it wrong u fuckup"

at first i thought he was talking to me mumbling and i was like WHAT??????.

so he got quieter but its weird. he cant have too good of self esteem.

company benefits include FREE counseling with a psychiatrist. ill think ill remind him.

Them cranes can get scary. Where I used to weld, we built 176,000 lb steel frames for power generators. Infact when the flooding and shit all went on down south, several companies shipped us their back up generators to have them re-furbished.

I've seen the cranes hit even peice of insulation that came out of the ceiling and throw the load crazy.

Are they ride-a-long cranes? or hand run?
