ive been livin in my apartment for 8 months now and im on the 3rd floor i got it so i could have a fire place and it has upgraded shit in it anyways,

the lady under me has been bitching since day 1, the first night music was to loud out of respect we turned it down even though it was not loud at all.

we have had several notes on our door from management for this stuff loud parties music runing and jumping. like i said ive been here for 8 months and 3 times we have had people come over. thats it 3 times. she keeps making it out to be more than that.
so today my roomate shows me a note typed by her. saying the same shit.
music to loud,somone rapping,running,doors closing, someone having sex...this is bull shit. she can go fuck her self, for the past few months we have rearranged our lifestlyes just to keep the peace. and its not good enough .and she keeps bringing shit up from the first 2 months we were here.
should i have a big party to annoy her?
should i got to management?
should i move?
should i tell her how much she sucks?
anyway annoyed so i had to spit this out,i cant raise my voice here so i figured i would type it.

Go to management. Tell them whats going on. Then throw a wild ass party. When she comes to bitch....reminder that is what a party REALLY sounds like. Then proceed to inform her how sad and pathetic her life is where as all she has to do all day is bitch about shit.

I hope you have saved all the notes she has left you and recorded the times when you recieved complaints. Go to management and tell them she is harassing you and would like for them to either talk to her or mover her so you don't have to get the police involved.

go to management i have the same problem but im on the 2nd floor and the fat bitch upstairs is always making niose but Id go to them and tell them that she has a problem with you and you make sure not to do certain things out of respect to her see if they can move you into another apt on the 3rd floor

Ah that happened to me. I was on the 2nd floor. One day.....we just ran around the house and stomped around all damn day. I hate old people like that. You can't live normally cause of them. After a day of jumping around the house we sent a note to the office. We put all these big words together and told them, we try our best not to make loud noises, but we are only human, sometimes we mess up. And it's hard to live a normal life when every time you mess up you get a note on your door. We are trying to be respectful but that goes 2 ways.

we had a neighbor like that and her ass was the type that would wear high heeled shoes on hardwood and stomp around all day, then she'd complain about us! it was just me and my girl but between her working and school from 7am-8pm and me going to work 3rd shift no one was hardly home.

finally we had enough of her fictitious complaints, i bought a $400 sound system hosted a big ass summer jam to where the parking lot was full and people were flowing in and out of the apartment and we ended the party at like 6am. she complained i invited her down and when she declined i sent a plate of food and 2 cups of alcohol up. complaints stopped.

so i should buy her a drink?? hahaha. i have the latest note from her and i am going to take it to managment. we have done our best i can honestly say i do not throw parties and run around the apt. my son comes over sometimes and one time she complained he was pushing a cardboard box around the livingroom like a car she said it sounded like thunder.

we live on the third floore to and the only problem i have is my exhaust drages on the speed bumps in the neghborhood and im not aloud to work on my car here (sucks)

i had sort of the same porblem. i live on the third floor also.... we had some neighbors who always complained... its really a pain in the ass... i have a 2 year old and she makes noise im not going to not allow my daughter to play in her own home just because other people dont like to turn their tv's up.. fuck em.... our new neighbors are cool as fuck tho cause theyre loud as shit so its cool.. haha...
