i dont think it was ever on tv before. top gear was famous for its BBC broadcast and people could download it over the net

yeh the lotus exige was pretty sweet. it weighs less than a ton and has like 190hp.

This is definitely an old episode, dont know which season its from though. But its definitely one of the earlier ones, as the exige is the first one on the power wall.

I noticed it too, but when they did put it up there, they mentioned something about howt he "American Audience" will see more cars up there in the upcoming days. And then when they asked the audience to describe wales for the American Audiance.

So....maybe they just took some old cars/footage and then redid it for America.

just searching in the next two weeks the show tonight is the only one that came up...they may just be testing to see how it does, who knows...i don't really know how all of that works. they could add more coming up too, they just aren't in the station guide yet.

When it was on earlier they had a 911 and aston martin and were "drifting" them on the beach and he got the 911 stuck in the sand and the Aston came flying by and covered him with a rooster tail of sand

yup ur right...the exige vid was from like the first season and the beach thing...i think was either from the same episode...or later that season...

plus anyway...they're testing a 996 not a 997...so that is a little out of date...
