I've got my 1992 240sx up for sale. No trades. It's got a fresh ca18det swap completed in Feb 2007 and was dynoed at 299.87whp, 247ft/lbs @ 15psi with the original T25 upgraded to a Precision GT3071R dual bb turbo. I bought the complete 180sx front clip from nad auto and I have the recepit. The car is currently set at 10psi which generates 235whp, 211ft/lbs

Because its cheaper than SR, holds more power on the stock internals than SR, revs higher, iron block, parts are hella easy to get and.... its different.

To the owner... You stated you got the rev limiter higher to 7700... How is this higher? I put mine into 8 grand untuned on the stock ECU...

Bump for missing my car too. It was a blast to drive and spool up my T4...

Rev limit is stock 7700, I never said it was higher. I can raise the rev limit for the new owner to the maximum 8,500 that the motor can handle. Actually the dyno chart showed little drop in the power band beyond 6,400 still plenty of power all the way to redline. Almost flat. Once this turbo hits, it is scary seemingly endless power, and on the highway the car is a blast........very, very, very fast. The car makes a perfect dd. No problems, safe yet potent setup, starts up everytime, and dyno tuned. I'll even go as far as giving a warranty on the motor. It gets about 17mpg with hard driving.

The power and torque is mostly in the high rpm range with this big GT3071R turbo. Torque peaks at 5,200rpm, Power at 6,400 and is nearly flat from that point to redline. With this current setup the turbo hits full boost at around 3800rpm and pulls hard all the way to redline. Cams and exhaust manifold would easily allow the motor to spool the turbo way quicker. About an $800 investment. The 1.8 makes a potent drag motor. Here's a video someone posted on one of the other forums. The CA18DET drag car is in the middle of playback.
