So I have this idea of wraping my headliner and door panels in a new material but I'm not exactly sure on what material....black suede, gray suede, a plaid that ties in black and gray, or some off the wall thing.

im doing this too once i get a job. my headliners visors and cloth materials on doors are going to be suede. everything else inside. i mean everything else im wrapping in faux leather. everything as in a.b.c pillars dash doors back panels. im hoping to reapulsture (sp?) my rear seats with leather and get me some afterrmarkets for the front.

I was thinking about paint the door panels and all the other interior panels to match the dash, instead of reapulsturing the the panels.
I went to Wallyworld just to see what they had, and they didn't exactly have a great selection so it looks like I'll be going to Savannah this weekend to check things out in the stores.

Hard part was fucking wiring, cutting the bumper wasn't too bad but a lot of cutting...
When it came to wiring I almost killed the car wen I wanted to tuck the harness and. Trims wouldn't go in place....uggh but it's good now...work pays off...coming up next my lip ;) and some gas dammit lol still on fucking E!!

I've decided not to wrap my bike with the real tree camo vinal I bought so my friend suggested I wrap hood of my car with it.:thinking: going to lay it on the hood tonight and see what it looks like. I may have me a Friday project.

Idk man... I think the red stripe kinda sets it off... Just don't put too much plaid inthere and it will look good as hell... get you some black wheels with with a red lip and you'll be done. Oh yeah, don't forget the space balls sticker tho lol

If you can drag up any black... fabric or suede... you should mix it up, depending on what all ur doin. if you do the headliner in plaid I'd do the plastics black, if you do the seats Id do the middles plaid and wrap the sides in suede (unless they're black already)... is the carpet black?
whatever you do, you just gotta make sure you know when to stop lol

Plus what kinda ported box u want... bandpass is best but takes up most space. Ported is second, then sealed. We will spec ur speakers and calculate to make sure we use the right dimensions (cubic ft air per spkr) depending on what kinda box u want... It will take a while but it's not hard yo.

Plus I need ur car here for measurements. U need to go by lowes and get a tube of silicon tho, I've used regular silicon caulk before with no probs (like my 15) and it shouldnt matter for 10's. If youwant to cover it or paint it best time too is before speakers are in it soooo.... cheap black spray or somethin... might be able to mix up some black from what I have and spray it with the airbrush... :ninja:
