Its pretty easy. strip off old paint (I use aircraft remover from autozone). Then sand smooth, then spray on multi light layers untill you feel it looks good.

Answer to questions-

1st- I have to test drive it more and check the timing on the dizzy better with a timing light.

2nd- Stingy no rather know its ready than pay for insurance and tag and it not be.

3nd- Sell it NO its my baby and it doesnt matter who sees it I know what it is. (Trust me its worthy)

4rd- It is clean

5th-It has been part of the squad last year you just were not part of it then.

So I sent them an email and the very next day he said he is only oging to have 2-3 cars on there now. I polished them really good and smooth then painted over them. Then after paint cured for a day I sanded down the letters again to a polished look.:goodjob:

its a launch control. when your drag racing you line up and stage then floor the gas. It holds at 5000RPM then you let off the clutch and go. Its really for turbo to spool it up befor you launch. But its fun as hell to do while sitting at a light.

motors running strong. Alot more power than I thought it would have. Will be alot more fun when I get my 15" fat fives today. That and later on when I turbo it:crazy:

Now it will be Z6, stock body and 15"s i'm hoping for 14.5-low15s but I wont hold my breath.

I'm trying to put in a new fuel pump right now, so that I can make it to the Varsity, but one of the bolts isn't grabbing thread to come off?:thinking: My friend told me to put a flathead between the bolt and the surface and hopefully it will grab and come off then.

I really wanted to go to Dyno day, but i guess I'll just have to wait... So what time are people getting up to the Varsity?
