I just got some information on my raise :)

My 3 month Eval. Got me a $1 an hour raise and i get another review in 6 months. So right at a year, my BASE pay will have gone up $2 an hour NOT including if i get the title promotion im looking for in the next few months...

If im lucky, My next raise will include a new title and about $3-4 an hour more:D

Thats just my 90 day raise and with me missing a few weeks when i first started, i HONESTLY didnt expect that....and with my commission raise (which i dont count) ill take an extra $400 a month anyday:goodjob:

my last raise came in the form of health insurance...

which is awesome.. but u don't really reap the benefits unless u go to the doctor..

i'm waiting for another pay raise... i went from 23000 a year to 26000 my first year.... i've now been here for two (my insurance raise was like near the end of last year.)
