Wow.

As for Chapter 13, laws have changed man, it's much harder to file now.

28k for a Civic? Ouch man, they saw you coming a mile off. Nice car though but for 8k you could have sent that shit to Japan and had them mod it for you. Next time you buy new, don't let them slick talking salesmen blind you man. They will break more dicks off in your ass than a Spartan bath house.

Good luck on the sale. You'll need it :(

man...i hate to break it you, but the full HFP does not cost that much. Just wanted to inform people that full HFP setups usually runs about $3500....I have no idea where your getting $8000 from. Sounds like you were a victim of stealership mark-up for the Si's

good luck with the sale

Yeah dude I know. You should sell your EX and buy mine lol. I'm tryin to get rid of all of the HFP shit so I can pay on it a little longer. So if you know anybody that wants any of it just let me know, but I need their stuff in trade.

this is not true i work in a Honda Parts dept. the body kit goes for about 370$ a piece (front, back and 2 sides = 4), i am unsure of the price of the exhaust or the suspension , and the wheel are 255 (for 17's) a piece and if he bought the Honda Factory tires he paid about 250 each for those too.

so that is at least 2K in wheels and tires 1400 in body kit exhaust i would guess a min of 300, and suspension is hell 800 ish plus Honda Mall of Georgia is say 90 - 100 $ an hour in labor and this job total would pay about 6-8 (if not more) hours so around 800 in labor

so that is $5300 minimum not 8k but not 3500 eather

all this is just off the top of my head and at book list price.

I am not saying that i would pay this much for it ( well of course not i work for Honda) but 3500 is no more correct than 8000

just some added info

LOL!!! your stealership must be jacking their price up to. Here are prices from College Hills Honda dealership. It's about $3100 shipped, ok so another $800 for *labor* that some could do themselves...still at $3900....

http://collegehillshonda.com/honda_civic_2dr_accessories/06_07_civic_factory_performance.htm

Just cause you work at a stealership, doesn't mean their prices are justified....

So yea...I would say my $3500 is about close....and $8000 is way off

just some added info

sorry for thread jacking...he just needed to be educated...

bump for you

I thought about and EVO or STi once but "USED" never seems fit in the same sentence with those cars Just because...

Super Clean SI that's gonna be tough given you situation combined with such a large liability, might just have to take a loss.

Whom ever did you paperwork at the dealership capitalized on you.

He's not broke...he just bought me a 94 DC2, and a new house. It's not even that we can't afford ,as of yesterday (he just got a raise), we just don't want to bc we were idiots to buy it in the first place at that price.

Well you live, you learn... If you can afford it then just keep paying and remember the next time you want to buy a car.
