So it would be really cool to find a roommate into cars, with similar interests such as you all on import atlanta. so heres the ad for a room for rent intown if anyone is interested
13 x 13ft room for rent in the heart of downtown decatur, right behind Taqueria de Sol. It is a duplexed apt, you will have a private entrance into your room if you like to use it for any reason. It has a large front yard and a private fenced in backyard going through a remodel now. pets are allowed. I have an italian greyhound (miniature)that is hypoallergenic. there is an electric fence you can use. There is a 42" plasma tv and professional grade home theater in the living room and a fairly large open kitchen. The apartment is old, but has been modernized as much as possible. the room for rent has a closet that is 13 ft wide and 2.5 feet deep. The 400 dollars includes all utilities (Satellite with HBO + Cinemax, Electricity, Water, Renters insurance, etc..) We have a private driveway as well. that is all I can think of, if you have any questions, call me at 678-429-2188. I am looking for a roomate that is preferrably around my age (23) just to match similar lifestyles, but all are welcome. I like to have friends over and watch a lot of movies, so sometimes it can be loud. I go to bed late, but its not a constant party. I have two full time jobs after all. I would have to say this is a perfect place for a college student and is very close to all the nightlife and campuses close by. No lease is required. We also have a large basement for storage as well. The first 3 pictures are of the room, and the 4th is the living room. It is messy because the roomate (as pictured) is in the process of moving out. I have more pictures I can send out, but I would reccommend coming by and looking at the place. The room will be available the 1st of the month.
