Good luck. I've heard you can't go wrong with Barney Fletcher. Most everyone who takes it passes. I had a horrible instructor (not with Barney Fletcher). You get two chances at the test. First time I failed by like a 60. Second time I made a 74! A FREAKIN 74! Just one point off! :( But over 50% of my class failed cuz of the 80yr old instructor. But like I said, with Barney Fletcher you'll be fine. Take the cram course right before you take the state test though! And yeah, the market is a lil tough right now but it'll pick back up soon. (I've been office manager in Real Estate for almost 5 years now)
Good Luck! :goodjob:

Word of advice the classes are easy if you listen and take notes. The state Exam is another story that shit is hard lol no seriosly. Best of luck girl holla. Remember it $91 every single time you take it (state exam).:goodjob:

thanks everyone!! actually im going to GMAC not barney fletcher :) i know the market is tough though... i've been working as a real estate paralegal for the past four and a half years so i've seen the ups and downs.. it'll be hard but at least i'll get the schooling out of the way :)
julio.. it's not that i depend on drew.. but he knows this is my passion and my desire and he helped me save the money for the classes... he is very supportive and i appreciate that about him!! i've waited four years to actually go through with it b/c i wasn't sure what i wanted to do.. there was no point wasting my time and money if this wasn't going to be my career.. i'm burnt out at my job.. some old thing every day!! BORING.. in selling real estate it's a different experience with every deal :) although i will keep my full time job until i get a client base!!

thanks brian! i'll let you know once i get my license :) good agents are hard to find!
i work with realtors/brokers everyday.. the majority of them suck and are lazy.. i think that's why i think i'll stand out (hopefully).. since i work on the other end of things i see that most agents just do what they can to get a contract.. after that it's down hill.. they never respond to me.. ever!! i'm the main person that will get their deal to close!! good agents are few and far between IMO.. since i've been dealing with them for awhile now i know what and what not to do for my clients!! oh man i'm excited!!
thanks to everyone again :)

He's wonderful! I love him sooo much! Give me your email addy and I'll send you pics or you can check him out on my myspace. www.myspace.com/tiffybell (http://www.myspace.com/tiffybell)
*The hardest part is learning the terms - the difference between customer and client, the difference between fixtures and trade fixtures, etc... You'll see what I mean, but as long as you can pass that portion of the class, the rest is a breeze!!!*
