I lick balls. I'm not allowed to mention any other work I do :ninja:
Ship it to my house. Bring your car over. I'll do it for you, or help you install it for a really good price. I've got a fully-functional garage. Summer's about to be here, and I get to come home...and as of right now, I don't have a job. So...I'm looking for side jobs until I get a real job.
LMK. Would love to help.
damn.. good to know.. i might hit you up one day.. can you do it in my 5th gen lude?

pay to advertise or dont post about "doing the swap at your house"
No offense but are they really advertising when all they did was offer their garage and a hand in doing the work?
It is infact their house. They're not preaching about how much work they do or don't do. They never quoted a price nor put up a business name. Seems like a couple of car guys offering to lend a hand.
Ben if he gets a PM or something to you, let me know. I'd love to help a guy out.

This is merely a reminder that there is absolutely NO SOLICITATION OF LABOR SERVICES on IA unless you are a SITE SPONSOR.
POSTING
You can RECCOMEND someone that is NOT a site sponsor, but ANY RESPONSE THAT IS ANY WAY TRYING TO BRING BUSINESS TO SOMEONE OR SOME BUSINESS THAT IS NOT A PAYING SPONSOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
Example:
Question: Can anyone help me work on my Honda?
ALLOWED Response: "You should try Mahdavi, Batlground, Mainstream, AutoFab, or AAP. If your looking for a personal mechanic, Mr. Joe is pretty good, try PMing him on here."
INCORRECT RESPONSE: "I can do the swap in my garage for $500 or a small amount of money. i do sidework, PM me. "
SIGNATURES
ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE NUMBERS OR LINKS ALLOWED IN SIGNATURES THAT ARE IN SOME WAY TRYING TO SOLICIT BUSINESS. IF YOU RUN A BUSINESS THAT IS NOT A SITE SPONSOR ON IA, SPONSOR THE SITE AN YOU CAN PUT IT IN YOUR SIG. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPONSOR, THEN YOU CANNOT ADVERTISE.
Examples:
Good Signature: "www.donkeypunchracing.com"
Bad signature: "www.donkeypunchracing.com 555-5555 swaps, tuning, fabrication"
ANYONE THAT CROSSES THE LINE WILL BE BANNED FOR 1 MONTH, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. WE WILL ENFORCE THIS POLICY , IT IS AT OUR DISCRETION , SO IF YOU THINK ITS GOING TO BE WRONG, DONT DO IT.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Yeah. I feel ya. We had that same problem on a motocross site back home. But it was more so people "wanting to start shops"
Eventually all sponsors of the site were dropped or dropped the site, and it became a pay site.
Some stayed for advertisement purposes but that was about it.

Mr. Kidd, my bad. I never saw that in the rules of the site or whatever. I'll keep it on the low-low.
Damnit, there goes my income til I find a job...credit card debt and debt in student loans FTL.
Guess I should have got a job and said fuck the corps....

I just wish people had the balls to come to the source instead of running to mommy, ya know? That's the problem with the world. NO...BALLS...
Let me know if I get carried away with my sarcasim on the topic in this thread or other threads... :lmao:
You know I love me some Mainstream...hell, even I'll be going down there for services as soon as I need 'em... (just gotta get the mini-me and LSVTEC built)
I'm pretty much at the point of saying "eff-off" to...uh...I think ya'll know where my civic was getting repairs not too long ago. Took forever, and I swear I had more knowledge on what to do than they did! I tried convincing my dad to just get the car outta there, but he was determined to have them do it. After all was said and done, though, he was like "We should have taken it to Mainstream." I wanted to slap him...

I like mainstream performance in the Austell area. Mike the guy up front is very up on what is new and Charles can do about anything to an engine. Also there is a Tuner there as well that can get your computer right. Lastly there is a dyno and the rates are reasonable
